I don't have much to spend, and when I look at my bank account activity and see all these trips to the grocery store for comfort food,

Flavored sparkling water
greek yogurt
it adds up. If I could just suffer through the emotional agony and NOT eat to comfort it, I would have hundreds of extra dollars for the urgent things I'm really needing to save up for.
