Sounds a lot like Summer Madness (jump to about 40s) by Kool and the Gang, which itself has been sampled by a lot of songs, including Summertime by Fresh Prince.

No problem - it's a classic tune, I wouldn't be surprised if there's also an alt rock song or two that uses it. Probably reggae, drum & bass and techno as well :-)
