22lr is favored by recreational shooters for it's low cost and how soft shooting it is. It is a rimfire cartridge which is actually more dangerous to produce than centerfire cartridges due to way primer is housed in the case.
But this video doesn't worry itself with that. Just a calm voice narrating the stages over soft music.
