[Orbinho] David Raya saved 77% of shots on target last season. So far this season he has saved 59% of shots on target against him.

It means he's conceding four goals for every 10 faced as opposed to roughly two every 10 while at Brentford.

He's been underwhelming. I'm generally surprised at the ratings he gets as I always feel he can do better for the shots he gets and that he's been kinda flappy when facing crosses.

I don't think he's good enough to warrant buying him, ngl. Let him go back to Brentford and let Ramsdale play.

Honestly, he feels like a downgrade on Ramsdale, despite the better distribution

Personally don't think so, I just think he's a sideways move, and not worth 30m.

Completely agree with the sideways move, the only thing is that he'll go along with Mikel's tactics. But that's a bit costly tbh unless if he really steps up the shot stopping.

I agree with that. He's shipping a lot of goals and there's no upside to it

@sabreW4K3 @Astrealix yeah haven’t seen him make any fantastic saves. Ramsdale always pulled a few out

@WorldcupCSR @sabreW4K3 @Astrealix @gunners Please tell me, which of the goals since Villa loss were Raya’s fault. I’ll wait

@Ezakhariev @sabreW4K3 @Astrealix @gunners I’m not saying they are his fault but I’m also not seeing any worldly saves

@WorldcupCSR @sabreW4K3 @Astrealix @gunners Villa goal: close range tap in. Liverpool goal: Close range smash in top corner. West Ham: close range tap in; header hit both bars and in. Fulham: close range smash; ping-pong among players, falls conveniently for a tap in.
