Sure. If it seems unlikely someone's going to walk by, I may just kinda pee with my back mostly to the door.

I'm not following. If I had diarrhea there would be no confusion, and if it's not, then I'd just...you know, shut the door. Or not care because I didn't shut the door already because there's no one else home.
