Are all the leaves like that? How's the soil moisture and drainage?

Just one leaf. It's in well-drained soil in a terracotta pot. However it was recently left without water for one week.

If all the rest of the leaves look healthy I wouldn't worry about this one. Take a close look at adjacent leaves on the same vine to be sure, though.
