I thought Sodium Ion was the hot new battery on the block?

For grid storage and such, sodium ion is a great candidate. But it is heavier than lithium ion. So for vehicles and electronics, it is probably uninteresting.

Interesting location - I wonder why that parcel of land as opposed to Centreport (which isn't technically inside the city, but still seems like a logical site).

The water pollution control centre might actually be key here, so they can release water used in processing.
