The only reason protests work is that those in power understand that the next step could involve violent opposition. Though it’s more than a bit reductive, it’s not untrue to say MLK was only successful because Malcom X was the alternative.
I wonder how her grandson would feel.
I personally hated my grandmother and could easily see the piece of shit doing this.
