Why does anyone ever censor themselves unless they're legally mandated to (for instance by watershed TV regulations), if you don't like a word then just don't say it! I see this all the time with kiddies afraid to type the swears online, worrying too see it happening IRL.

The part of the ad that's sprayed over is a handle for Only fans where the woman sells pornography. The ad is selling pornography subscriptions.
