My buddy was in Steam debt and he told me he had to contact their payment department and he ended up working out a deal where he acted as a footstool for Gaben for a weekend and then they waived the debt. Make sure you ask them for an itemized bill and they’ll usually find a way to work things out.

What happens if you go into ... Steam debt? Does your account get locked until you pay it off or something? I had no idea that was even a thing.

no cause big picture mode is there so it's the app and I dont think you can inspect element in the app so Photoshop probably

You add money to your steam wallet with a credit card, spend the money, then do a charge back on the credit card.
