Definitely historic grading and all quite physical. The length of the route is really what does you in though!

Yeah, I can imagine. Did a 14 hours round trip the other day where I had to run the last 3km back to the car so that we could reach the last ferry.

I bet you slept well in your tent.

Yeah anything that long is just brutal. In our case I slept like a log but only got 3.5 hrs of sleep until we had to walk back to the car. By the end I could hardly walk.
