Correction: In Le v Zuffa, the Judge has denied Defendant's motions for summary judgment & to exclude testimony from Plaintiffs' experts Singer & Zimbalist & deferred on Davis. A hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow re: his testimony. So trial is a go now.
