Good discussion groups for Doms? Good source for custom/semi-custom leather bondage gear? NSFW

The two requests are separate, but whatever.

I am looking for a good community for Doms to discuss being Doms. There is a lot of responsibility, and I think I would like to have a place to discuss things when needed.

I am also looking for recommendations on an online shop or artisan that sells custom or semi-custom leather bondage gear. I want to get something nice for when my sub earns her collar. Being able to get matching pieces over time would really make her happy.

My first thought would be look at Fetlife. I haven't been on there in more than a decade but it's oriented toward fetishes so you'll find plenty of like-minded people there.
