If anyone is as clueless about fentanyl as I was, the gist is it’s very deadly especially when impure and drug dealers lace other opioids, xanax, adderall, and even cocaine with the stuff. Why? It’s relatively inexpensive, packs a wallop, and gets them return business… till that someone dies that is.
