The KiY tarot is going to get reprinted as part of a stretch goal of the Conspiracy Kickstarter, as far as I know. You can probably pre-order it on BackerKit.

I believe if you back Dennis Detweiller's Patreon, he offered a PDF of that deck. Not entirely sure you can go back and snag it now but I believe becoming a backer means you can see old rewards.

Alas, the Kickstarter and any late pledges they may have had is over. Hopefully, it'll either be put up for sale, or part of a future Kickstarter. Thanks for the answer!
