is there a browser extensions that blocks news sites with AI generated articles ?

You know the types of sites that I'm talking about. You start reading for a bit and it just starts repeating itself. Everytime it feels like I just wasted my time and I need to search for another, hopefully not ai generated, article. So is there a way to block them all ? Like an adblocker but for AI generated news sites ?

Someone may be able to just make a uBlock Origin filter list. Probably no reason for special extension.

Edit: And @Madbrad200@lemmy.world provides: https://lemmy.one/comment/792593

I don't know of any good ways to distinguish between a good AI and a bad author, so this might be difficult. Do you know any tools that tell them apart?

I wouldn't mind blocking both of them, As a Journalist your job is to Communicate with me about the stuff around the world.... You had one job.

Hopefully we get AI that can filter out filler / low-effort content and such. I feel like Google USED to do this but stopped.
