Orlando Pride sign Mariana Larroquette, member of Argentina’s Women’s National Team

Man, I'd really like to see the Pride take off one day. We've had the talent, but the performance just hasn't been there. Women's soccer in general is a bit weird, because it feels like the best players are always out for international play. I get it, since that's where the money is, but it makes watching the league games pretty dull.

I suppose the silver lining is the league, along with the sport in general, continues to grow and improve stateside.
