How do I meet someone in general, let alone someone who'd like putting cat ears on me?

Seems like dating apps are the only option but I don't think I'd include "femboy in private" on there, let alone "put cat ears on me please"

I would love putting cat ears on someone :D

I think that's something you bring up after the first date if you only do it in private after you get a read on them.
