Chargers' cap is deep in the red for 2024, and they're going to have to make some moves to get their head above water. They're too top-heavy right now. Might need a clean-up year before they really hit their stride.

Harbaugh is one of those coaches that can get a playoff team out of a down year though. They're not going to be tanking for a year, maybe just lower expectations.

I wouldn’t bet on it but the NFL is a crapshoot and they have good QB. Anything is possible.

No. 2 years? Yes absolutely.

With a QB already in place? Hell yes he can.

I don't think Chargers' roster is bad. It's good enough to be a playoff team right now. Competent coaching might have them challenging the Chiefs in AFC, like one of the top 5 teams - in the mix with Chiefs Ravens Bengals Dolphins.

Chargers have had good rosters for a while now but they were underutilized by the incompetent organization. A good coach should make a difference.
