How controlled is the telepathy? Do I choose when to turn it on and off? Can I choose which people's thoughts I do and don't read?

Never telepathy. But what's the cooldown on the teleporting?

The cooldown effect is explosive diarrhea for 30 seconds.

There is no teleportaid enzyme to help.

Good news is you can teleport with your handy dandy extra large ziplock bag and 3 seashells.

And is it a controlled or reflexive ability? Avoiding danger without thinking about it (like Endermen in Minecraft avoiding arrows) might be neat, but I don't want to teleport into a wall because my cat startled me.
