I'm fine with this. So long as it doesn't injure her

I believe completely empty plastic cup is the acceptable projectile.

danc4498@lemmy.world · 11 pts · 3y (3 replies)

With enough beer if he too splash

Mothra@mander.xyz · 14 pts · 3y (2 replies)

Throwing the drink would be okay if not for the collateral damage. Bystanders deserve one of it

danc4498@lemmy.world · 11 pts · 3y (1 reply)

Exactly. Plus the expensive ass beer!

boogetyboo@aussie.zone · 10 pts · 3y

Yeah no one should be hurt, wet or out of pocket. The empty cup is an easy and anonymous (so no confrontation) way of letting the person know they're being inconsiderate.

Yeah, that looks like a concert for sure.Take a step to the left or right. At least she's not recording with her phone.

iByteABit@kbin.social · 23 pts · 3y

This is pretty standard in concerts, just shove your way through some people to go someplace better

Dude giving her a seat on his shoulders is gonna be paying for it with his back and neck tomorrow.

Good

cybervseas@lemmy.world · 13 pts · 3y

Ha I had something similar with a woman at Kendrick Lamar's performance at Gov Ball NYC this year.

Probably a different woman, though.

PenguinJuice@kbin.social · 10 pts · 3y

Her shirt is missing pieces

aquarisces@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 3y

I mean… she is technically sitting down

Dr_Middy@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 3y

Never been to a concert where I had this problem thankfully, but it would piss me off. Everybody stuck behind her paid too, they don't wanna stare at her back or have to shuffle to see around her.

how was the set? His last record is so good.

itinerantme@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 3y (1 reply)

It was really good. It was just him and like 4 or 5 dancers on stage. I would’ve sworn that he had a live band playing, but it was the backing track rocking out! Was cool & everybody was really feeling it.

tomf@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 3y

nice! weird to just have a backing track for big shows

That poor guys back…

MoltenBoron@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 3y

Yeezy is so passé. Black electrical tape is this year's hottest fashion trend!

This is quite normal on festivals right? I see it all the time on festivals, never really cared that much. You can always move somewhere else

itinerantme@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 3y

Not really, at least not at this festival; people were awesomely considerate of us shortfolk. If you look around you can see she was the only person up like that. BUT I wasn't super upset & could still see the screens. That's why I figured it was a good one for mildly infuriating.

She sounds cute. Did you ask for her number?
