I found this but don't see an actual source https://beinghuman.org/how-far-can-the-human-anus-stretch/ . Based on how painful a really big (but far less than 7") poop can be (or harmful with anal fissures) i'd bet this is fake
Except the elasticity of a raccoon is dependant upon the rigidity of the structure it is squeezing through. You'd have to have one hell of a sphincter pinch to not tear your ass.
