Low tech magazine - I like to skim through it every so often

https://solar.lowtechmagazine.com/

This is an interesting website. It’s been run by someone in Barcelona for over a couple decades, and covers topics related to bringing back historical technologies. The best part? It’s all solar powered from their windows! Give it a look if you’re bored.

Just read the article on making bikes more eco-friendly and there were some very good points being brought up. I wish I lived in a place that allowed for safe and reasonable bike commuting.

Yeah same here. On the plus side my city has been actively working on dedicated bike paths for a while now. The only problem is that they tend to be more "Relaxing riding" rather than commuting riding because of how spread out everything is.

Bummer. There's plenty of shops and restaurants and other services around me but a five lane stroad and a steep-ish hill in both directions is very intimidating.

This is one of my favorite website to occasionally visit and checkup on. Excellent articles too.

I've considered buying the printed versions, but shipping is killer where I am :(
