Considering they make the cashiers create "small talk" I think they need a union more than any other chain. That shit is inhumane. Making them dress like Jimmy Buffett groupies is also pretty shameful.

Aldi is basically the same company if you have one near you; Aldi (US) is Aldi Süd, whereas Trader Joe’s is Aldi Nord.
