That was reported yesterday already. I believe the dev/s are looking into it but it appears to be an issue with a new Lemmy version on the instances themselves since the bug is not limited to Memmy. Mlem has the same issue while Wefwef works for some reason.

Like Calvin said, this appears to be a bug with Lemmy rather than the app. It seems reproducible in other apps as well from what I can see. I'll look to make sure and if it is, see if I can find an alternative way to get the subscriptions.
