Big O! Loved this show. Batman, but with a mecha. Absolutely iconic fight scenes, and solid music. Never seen a model kit for them though.

You'd be right, that's Steve Blum. He's a pretty common sight in the dub scene, and once you hear him, it's kinda hard to not go "Fuck, that's Steve Blum!" in every other anime.
