News / Splatfest: Another regional Splatfest has been announced
Isn't it about time for another #Splatfest?
A regional Splatfest will be taking place between 12am GMT on the 17th to 12am GMT on the 19th.
We don't know what teams every region will have yet but from the last Splatfest we can assume this:
Europe, Oceania, America, Hong Kong & South Korea
What's the best day of the weekend?
Japan

What is your favourite filling?
I'm not gonna lie, the Japanese theme seems way cooler than the rest of the world, it doesn't feel like it would be too out of place either compared to the last regional Splatfest.
Team Custard all the way for me! I'm going to have to think hard about what team I'm going for.

@splatoon@wetdry.world @soda @splatoon@lemmy.world while the Japanese theme is definitely better, I will say that the weekday theme is probably one of the better themes. Many people in the US at least, actually have a strong opinion about this stuff! I feel like the teams might actually be balanced for this one (except Sunday, no one likes Sunday because Monday is the next day)

It will be interesting for sure. For me it’s Saturday though. No work, and not dreading that work is on the following day.
