Yes. The flashback episode with Tuvok on the Excelsior was meant to be a backdoor pilot.

Just gonna take a wild guess that he’s responsible for the Worf series not happening?

It hurts too much. At least that's still a chance for a Captain Worf series that still regularly does O'Brien suffering episodes.

Prime cuts from the finest movie in which Sulu is the protagonist.

Still my favorite Star Trek movie. It's just perfection. Thank Nicholas Meyer for that.
