They should stop thinking about it and start taking great strides already. We want results not chit chat, and with how things are still in a decline they should probably at least get that ball rolling?
I think climate negativism is often very counterproductive in the ongoing fight for effective measures.

Is it negativity when there's no effective measures in sight? Is is pessimism to look at the presented data and make a realistic conclusion?
Where does hope stop and naïvety begin?
