Putting aside that dying as a rachist katsap isn't ever a good scenario and the controversial ethics behind assisted suicide, i think getting your head crushed by a buff lady probably wouldn't feel any different from having it slowly smashed in a vice after a few seconds of cranking.
Also what's really attractive here is the lady, not the dying part. You can't experience the close company of her tights when you're dead.

People die when they are killed.
Although the prospect of a buff Ukrainian bishojo doing it may seem attractive, the dying part is still there.
