I made this one a several weeks ago so I'm just grabbing this from the metadata:

Obviously not "hip level shot". If I recall correctly, the prompt was generated from the One Button Prompt script for the A1111/Vladmandic webui. The LoRAs can be found on Civitai.

Just one of the random mix of keywords that One Button Prompt came up with. Although I now see that I messed up its URL above. Should be https://github.com/AIrjen/OneButtonPrompt. An extra v got stuck to the end I guess because of a ctrl+v mistype.

Ah, now I see.. I'm mainly a Midjourney user, I've tried using SD but felt quite intimidated by all the options.
