Idk, I find plain roasted banana to be pretty ugly on its own, I think separate from cleaner ice cream scoops there's not much I'd change about it appearance wise. However, I strongly recommend trying bruleed bananas instead of roasted. Slice and coat the banana in sugar and spray it down with a torch! Gives the banana a nice crunch on the outside while maintaining the creaminess. Also far prettier than plain roasted banana. That's what I did when I had my menu
