Report of fatal shooting on Shepard Lane in Bishop. Pretyy shocking for our small town...

Dang, I guess it's being investigated as a homicide for sure. Pretty weird for Bishop. The guy's neighbor is a family friend, and she said he was being harassed for the past two weeks by someone, but that's all she said. No idea what that means.
