Makes you wonder which feels less painful, the Lightning because it's smaller or the USB-C because it's blunter. Micro-USB gets disqualified because of the detents and I'm suddenly reminded of the wide ass 32 pin the Samsung feature phone I had in highschool used.
I’d say go for lightning. The end isn’t too much sharper than usb c and it’s a decent amount smaller. Still I recommend using a lubricating gel ideally with a local anaesthetic before attempting.
