There is evidence suggesting new construction, so this settlement is being observed to determine if their development is perhaps in effort of providing a local sanctuary, constabulary, hospital, or even off-world transit services.
Should this colony persist, contact could be established in the instance of evidence of off-world transit activities or services being offered.
