[Feature Request] A visual signifie whether you are already subscribed to a community

[Feature Request] A visual signifier for posts and communities whether you are already subscribed to the community or not.

Currently, you have to tap on '3 dots' -> 'About community' which is quite cumbersome.

That's particularly annoying because different communities of the same name often exist on several instances.
