Sweet Posy Mandala from Ravelry.

Posting older finished projects to help create more content here. I have about 5 mandalas I've made that decorate my office. This is one of the more colorful ones. Made with acrylic yarn my grandma gave me that was bought in the late '70s/early '80s, so brands and colorways are completely lost to time.

On the final round of the pattern, I wrapped the points of the posy around a 10" gold metal wire floral hoop from Michaels that cost $3.

Thanks!

Fairly quick to work up, as well. Didn't take me more than a day, if I recall correctly.

Love the colors you chose :)

It's funny you say that because at the time I felt really boxed in with the colors. I made this mandala as part of a stash buster of like 30 lbs of acrylic yarn from the 1980s my grandmother cursed me with because she was trying to clean out her home lol

I remember trying to convince myself that lime green against hunter green would be just fine 🤣

It turned out okay. 😉
