A group of bipartisan lawmakers from the U.S. House of Representatives unveiled on Feb. 16 a combined $66 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, after the Republican-controlled House withheld a vote on a previous version of a funding package.

This bill is unlikely to pass, as it displeases both sides of the aisle. The Senate bill is more viable at this point. It just needs to come to a vote.

The exact opposite. If they do anything now, Biden might get the credit, and they don't want that. That's why they sunk the last bill.
