Are they fake? Looking at other photos, the freckles seem to be consistent (when not covered up by make-up). I guess she could be using an app that always applies the same freckle pattern.
Did you actually look at the link you posted? Compare the freckles on the pic you posted to the first one in the link that has freckles - they're in different places and there's a different number of them. The link also has pics where you can see blemishes (so no thick makeup) but no freckles.
Add to that, why would freckles form in a band across the nose and cheeks, but not forehead or chin? They're generally from sun exposure.
I looked at several photos, and matched certain prominent patterns since I know they can come and go with the sun. I think you're right that they are mostly fake, but there are a few moles/freckles that appear throughout all of them. But 🤷
