That name rings a bell… He played the grandpa in The Princess Bride, right?

I just started watching Columbo in December, started with season 1 episode 1.

It’s quite entertaining.

Misread and thought you delivered a punchline, "started watching and ended with season 1 episode 1".

He looks like Chris Pratt

Just how we know him, with his cigars and his smart phone.

Ok… honestly for a second I was like… what!? 35 years… Although it is true the character was used during 35 years, the show was not running all those years. There were gaps, like a 11 year gap between season 7 and 8 and some specials here and there on the last years.

I mean the text doesn’t imply that but for a second I thought there was more show than I thought.

It has 10 seasons and some are like 3 episodes. In total it seems it were 69 episodes, and that takes into account specials.

Couldn't have been done anyone else.

But that doesn't mean that I don't like Natasha Lyonne's take on the meta.
