I think 4 sides are too few
Yeah should be like a html color code selection panel at the very least.
Yeah, but it can't be too complicated at the very start.
Maybe something like upgrading user's skills when they get exponentially more reputation:
no-voting-rights -> upvote -> upvote/downvote -> 2 dimensions -> 3 dimensions -> etc.
Which will go from 100 rep -> 1000 -> 10k -> etc.
yeah we need an entire Skyrim skill tree for this
With more different abilities, like maybe slidebar (analog) voting.
Nah I think we just need an RGB square that you click on for simplicity
