‘Most qualified person should get the job’ is microaggression, Russell Group universities say

Discrimination is when meritocracy.

I don't understand microagressions, I don't understand how telling someone "the most qualified person should get the job" is racist.

I think everything in life could be considered and twisted to be racist if viewed through a racist lens which is what these researchers are doing.
