I'm gonna counter slightly to Tellum and Montagge and go with Wardlow.
Hobbs isn't taunt-spamming powerbombs nonstop and a spinebuster isn't as bad as one, but is also putting on a longer match and has other offence in it to beat the shit out of you.
A Wardlow match you gonna be prolapsing your colon from powerbombs but least it'll be over in 60 seconds since Wardlow only has 3 moves: powerbomb, wind-back-lariat thing he does, and his tug-at-my-straps taunt
As a jobber I feel Wardlow might give me 1 powerbomb, maybe 2 on a 50-50 chance (or 20 on the other.) Just feels better odds to me.

Hobbs gives you an extended beating/punishment before he finishes you. He's also taking his rough upbringing out on you while yelling at you
