I love that even when you build a literal castle on 6.25 acres, you’re still paying an HOA fee.
You just know you’re gonna hear it if you try to repaint the draw bridge or put some heads on spikes.

As a non-US person I have to ask. Is the tone of that overview text normal for Zillow? You'd never get that kind of personality on our Rightmove!

It is not entirely unusual. It really just depends on who you’re selling agent is and if they are good at marketing.
