In Saunders's picture showing how bad the King Street transit lane is affecting traffic on an early Sunday morning there are 2 cars. Perhaps if we re-opened King Street we could pump that up to 3, or possibly even 4 cars early on Sunday morning, and finally fix traffic on quiet Sunday mornings!

Take away space from cars AND make transit/biking a viable alternative. That means bike lanes, transit priority in traffic systems (Spadina streetcar is an example of what not to do). I feel these same people complaining about traffic will also complain about removal of lanes to actually make traffic flow and efficiently move people and not giant single occupant vehicles.
