One of my favorite pieces of graffiti ever was right in the middle of the downtown where I grew up- "I opened my mouth to vomit, but all I got were words." It was there for decades, but it's gone now.
They only excuse i am allowing is some sort of disability. Everything else doesn’t really matter. Even if the letters look shitty it is all about the message. 🤌

See, I don’t mind graffiti in my lower class neighborhood but it’s gotta be good graffiti.
Don’t just write your dumb tag in one single color and run off - no.
Pick a nice color palette. Consider some complementary colors. Maybe some shading. A unique font. Anything.
My rent is gonna go up regardless. At least give me something to appreciate. Sheesh.
