I think I'd enjoy a Sledgehammer! reboot more. The Naked Gun movies (and the 6 Police Squad episodes) are perfect as-is and don't need a remake, but Sledgehammer! would benefit from a modern update, I feel.

This is not a remake but a reboot. Liam Neeson is really good at deadpan comedy so that part is likely going to remain similar. Lonely Island brand of comedy is the big unknown, I can't imagine how that's going to work but I'm curious.
