I’m sorry, but £1.5 million does not sound like a lot of money for FIFA, especially not for serious medical research.

I think he meant to say:

We have an expert in this area now.

It's just the one expert. But he's damn good. He's been banging his head all day.

That's what... Three doctors?

I'd expect that once you count salary, benefits, and other costs like equipment and travel, that £1.5 isn't going to pay for more than three specialists.
