go to satisfactory-calculator.com. They have a lot of cool planners and a map. You can load your save file into it and it'll let you go through all the layers, buildings, resource nodes, etc
I think I did the same thing. I was trying to plan for the next final product and during my time spent planning the production finished all of them lol. woops.
My most recent playthrough, my elevator facility starved of cable for a couple hundred hours as I was off doing basically everything else, so I was chronically low on Automated Wiring and everything it produces.

I think about half of my "play time" with this game was with the game not running, looking at that website, just thinking about what goes where.
