Needs "...and can't have or gain first strike or vigilance.", to prevent them from gaining it after she enters the battlefield. See: the Archetypes for templating. [[Archetype of Aggression]]
She's probably over-costed for this effect, compared to the Archetypes.

Yeah, I think 3WW or 4W would be a fair cost for this. 2WW if you really wanted to push the power level
